A CELEBRATION EXHIBIT

April 1- May 29, 2025


Myers Park United Methodist Church is celebrating their 100th anniversary this year! The Hope Gallery of the church will be featuring artwork from the Guild of Charlotte Artists that speaks to the joy and hope of celebration! 

This will be a non-judged/non-juried show that will be curated by a Selection Committee of Board members from the Guild of Charlotte Artists and the Myers Park United Methodist Art Committee.  Up to 35 works of art from submissions will be selected. Size of art should be no smaller than 24 x 24 and no larger than 40 x 40 (including frame).  Submissions open online on the Guild website Monday February 10, with photo of art to be uploaded.  Must be a current member of the Guild of Charlotte Artists to submit.  

*We ask that artists who participated in the inaugural "Hope is Here" exhibit at Myers Park United Methodist in 2024 NOT submit so others can have a chance to exhibit in this wonderful space!

Registration opens - Monday March 3, 2025

Registration closes - When capacity of venue is reached.  

TAKE-IN - Monday April 21, 2025, 9:30-2:30

TAKE-DOWN AND PICK-UP - Tuesday May 27, 2025 

Artists Reception -Wednesday April 23, 2025. 6:30-9pm, 7pm presentation by GCA                    

SHOW/EXHIBIT OPEN FOR THE PUBLIC  - Wednesday April 23, 2025 - Monday May 26, 2025
